Healthiest option is probably subbing Spaghetti Squash for pasta entirely. Next to that there are some whole grain flax infused varieties available (barilla plus in the yellow boxes comes to mind). Think Chris has mentioned some pastaless lasagna recipes using eggplant, zucchini and other veggies too!
Matt summed it up well. There is no “good” pasta, but there’s “better bad”: the flax-infused, higher fiber kind. But the best pasta is no pasta.
