I use it pretty regularly with protein powder and peanut butter at night (I throw in some apple as I'm not too worried about those extra carbs).
Also, mix it with a little garlic, cumin, and some (a lot of) sriracha for a delicious dip or topping for chicken or w/e protein you'd like. I'm sure it could be improved with some tweaking of the spices, but I haven't had much occasion to play with that.
I don't have the dairy issues I'd normally have with milk, for example. I think that's the case with most people when comparing milk vs. yogurt. I throw it in with shakes too. Makes it a bit thick so I have to water it down. I got some almond milk to use instead, so I'll have to see if that improves the consistency.
