The first time I tried the Velocity Diet was when it first came out. After 2 weeks, I gave up. Now 4 years later, I’ve decided to give the Velocity Diet a 2nd go around.
I started seriously training and eating right around October, and after weighing 210-215, I got down to 195 on December 30th.
I can’t train at a gym on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so I have to follow a different weight training program than Waterbury’s. I’m looking at Monday, Tuesday, and Friday because it fits my schedule. Since I have kettlebells, I’ll incorporate them in my routine. I know this time around I’ll succeed and get down to a lean 180.
