I’m switching to goats’ milk for home use as it is apparently less inflammatory than cows’milk.
I’ve not had it before so I’m going to try it out, see how it affects my asthma.
I thought it would also be good in green smoothies if I want to bulk them up a a bit.
I’m making changes and this is one of them.
What do you know about goats’ milk, is it worthwhile for me to do this or should I say goodbye to all dairy, whatever animal it comes from?
(I do use coconut milk sometimes but thought this would be good too.)
