Glutamine and the V-Diet

Hi gang. I’ve often used glutamine in the passed when doing quite intensive training regimes. Is it allowed on the V-Diet? I’m just curious as to what effects it may have for muscle recovery etc.

I know some people dispute the effectiveness of glutamine in training generally, but it seems to make a difference to me, whether actual or psychological…
