Getting the Most Out of My Plazma

I’m now on my second bottle of PLAZMA, and am loving it; however, I’m trying to conserve it (for financial reasons) by only using 2 scoops per workout instead of 3.

My training usually takes about 45 min, but it’s pretty non-stop.

Are two scoops probably doing the trick or am I just loosing out on some great sessions by not adding that extra scoop?

Two servings of <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma is right smack in the “sweet spot” for many lifters. Just always have one serving as a pre-load and the last serving during your training session. That’s still a very potent workout nutrition protocol, and it’s all many need depending on the type of training, the length of the workout, maybe even the amount of fat free mass you carry. I use only two serving myself for many workouts, though I’ll bump that up for extended workouts for bigger muscle groups (a.k.a. a John Meadows style leg day.)
