I was reading Dan John’s Mass Made Easy book and when he mentioned the Velocity diet I was intrigued. Also after he said to lean before bulking that made the decision to start with the Velocity diet easy.
I’m psyched and terrified to get started next week but it should be fun. I’m going to train with Dan John’s 10,000 swing challenge since I’ve been training with Kettlebells for a while and find the training rewarding and it works for me.
My only question is that it seems the HOT-ROX fat burner is out of stock. Can I start the program without it? Is there a substitute? Well I’m psyched to get started.
