I’ve got my starting measurements and pictures, will post tomorrow. I have to just go by the scale for body fat, since that is the only measurement device I have. I know it’s not too accurate, but at least it gives me a baseline. Anyways, I’m really going for how I feel, my progress in pictures, and how my clothes fit. And if my triceps area would stop wiggling so much when I wave, well that would be great!
