Getting Off of HOT-ROX

#1

Chris, finishing up my dieting phase and want to get off HOT-ROX without going cold turkey since I have been on it for 12 weeks or so now.

take 4x daily now 2-2 am-pm, was thinking of gradually tapering off
Week 1
2-1
week 2
1-1
week 3
1-0
week 4
0-0

This seem ok?

Sure, it’s fine to use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/hot-rox-extreme"target=“new”>HOT-ROX in that manner.

You don’t necessarily have to taper HOT-ROX usage, especially if you’re used to caffeine and still plan on having a little every day (cup of coffee etc.), but if you’re used to the energy-providing components, this may “feel” better than going cold turkey.

When cycling off anything with a stimulant component, many also like to add in something like Power Drive, Alpha GPC or <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy-caffiene-free"target=“new”>Brain Candy Caffeine Free for the feel-good and focusing/cognitive effects.
