Geofiz V-Diet Log

Managed to get my black belt, a torn ACL and a frozen shoulder over the past 4-5 years. This will be my second run through of the V-Diet. Working out has always been my stress relief and the past few years have been rough with the injuries. So anyway, I’ll post up pics this week, weigh in tomorrow and start back up. I’ll post daily scale weights and measurements twice over the program.

First day is going fine.

Some hunger last night. Drank some water and went for an extra walk. Still felt strong in workout. Plugging along.

Got my walks in and still on track. Having one meal a day is much much easier than the one meal a week (if I remember correctly) from the first VDiet.

Steady work in here so far. Good stuff.

What’s your black belt in? My wife and I studied Kenpo Jiu Jitsu, actually met in the dojo. The school ended up closing, but she got her black belt and I never did (got to brown… sooo close. Ha.)

Are you having the Plazma during training also?
