Hand Walkout: Feet x 5, Knees x5, RKC Planks 20sx3
I haven't DL'd in a couple months due to grip pain in my right hand. I took two months off and the pain didn't change, so I figured eff it. In the DL, I found I was running out of air before I was running out of muscular strength, but I'd rather take that slowly than get sloppy and hurt myself. I will definitely take the Decline weight up next time. Foolishly tried pull-ups since I can usually knock out 10 when fresh, but not neutral grip, and definitely not on restricted calories after DL's. The walkouts were hurting my elbows which didn't seem right, so I did some Pavel-style planks.
Shakes are on par thus for the day. I'm having my 3 soon and then going out for dinner at 7:30, which I'm stoked for. Oh and I tried the Surge Recovery "Original" flavor just now. If you guys are looking to rename it, try Coconut Ass. That stuff is terrible. I can pretty much chug anything down, but wow.
