Donuts work well. Candy, soda, anything deep fried and covered in gravy… but we assume you mean muscular weight?

You’re going to need to give us more info. Are you very skinny and trying to gain muscle? Male or female? 14 or 50?

That said, if you want to gain muscle you need to first and foremost take care of workout nutrition. Here’s why: http://www.t-nation.com/supplements/what-you-dont-know-about-workout-supplementation

Biotest’s best supplement for workout nutrition is <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma.

The old fashioned “weight gainer” supplements were basically just poor quality protein and lots of sugar. It’s much better to use targeted workout nutrition. The best supplement for that is <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma. And if you have poor nutrient uptake abilities, as many “hard gainers” do, look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G.

All that said, you need to keep a food log to find out where you’re really at with calories and food quality. And of course make sure your training plan is good: big lifts in the hypertrophy range of sets/reps, no long cardio sessions.
