Thoughts? anyone done it?
The thing to remember with the Shredded in 6 Days plan is that, if you’re not already lean enough to see abs without flexing, then you’re probably not going to see significant results and will go through the 6 days (and gallons and gallons and gallons of water) for nothing.
So as long as you honestly self-assess that you ended up lean enough after the V-Diet, for sure you can do the 6 days to peak afterwards.
Right I understand that my abs are visible. I am my toughest critic. I think I will be a level 2 attempting to reach level 3 after the V-Diet and Shredded in 6. Thanks for the input.
