Is it possible to take Superfood (or athletic greens) in the middle of the night if you wake up naturally if dosing on full dose Indigo-3G assuming your first dose of Indigo-3G is 9/10ish and second is around 6pm or so? Or should I just single dose Indigo-3G pre training & take Superfood with my dinner around 6/7ish?
That’s how I currently do it, just down my Superfood when I wake up in the middle of the night with my pulse of MAG-10. Many here including Chris will tell you how great the middle of the night pulse is, and adding Superfood to it for me is a no-brainer since its removed enough from Indigo-3G. I am on single dose though, so maybe full dose will require different timing.

As long as <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/superfood"target=“new”>Superfood is separated from your <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G servings by several hours, that should be fine.
Some people feel a mild “energy” effect from Superfood (all the good stuff in there makes you feel good) but if you can easily fall back to sleep then your plan sounds fine.
