Fruits and Indigo-3G?

If I take a dose of Indigo-3G on an empty stomach in the morning and then eat gluten free oats with mixed berries 30-40 minutes later…am I inhibiting Indigo by eating the berries so close to my dose?

Probably not; it would require very concentrated sources to do that. However, given the tremendously powerful of effects of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G and the fact that it’s not a cheap supplement, I would not personally risk any interference. I don’t like blueberries that much. You can always move them to another part of the day, just in case.

What about cranberries? I just bought some after reading and article by John Meadows. I’m on the maintenance dosage of indigo 3g and I workout around 4:30-5 4 times a week.

To be safe, separate them from your Indigo-3G dosage by several hours.
