Any ideas about during the transition state having fresh fruit instead of the powder? Does anyone know the benefits/downfalls of each?
Real fruit = sugar (fructose), extra calories, etc.
Not that a little fruit is bad, but if you’re trying to equal Superfood you’d need over a dozen pieces of fruit and servings of veggies a day (many exotic) and dozens of cups of green tea.
Superfood becomes a new staple for most V-Dieters, like people used to do with a multivitamin.
