Wondering if flavored sparkling water (specifically the “Sparkling Ice” brand) is ok in between shakes? It seems to alleviate the occasional hunger pain I get in between lunch and dinner. Thanks much!
From the manual: “If you feel that drinking diet soda will help you adhere to the V-Diet, then do it. Otherwise, stick to pure, ice-cold water, which is what your body wants anyway.”
Same would apply to diet drinks in general.
