Flameout Fish Oil


I was looking at Flameout and was surprised to find “free fatty acids derived from isomerized safflower oil”. This is trans fat, so why is it in there?


I believe safflower oil is used as the source of CLA in Flameout. CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is technically a trans fat, but has plenty of benefits with none of the negative cardiovascular or health effects of more “traditional” trans fats.
