Flameout Dosage for Fat Loss

I weigh 215. I’ve been using 3 capsules, three times a day.
What is the optimum dose to accelerate stubborn flab loss?

This article, appropriately titled Fish Oil and Fat Loss, suggests up to 5g EPA/DHA per day. 4 caps of Flameout twice a day (like with breakfast and dinner) would hit that mark with some room to spare.

I’ve read some suggestions as high as 1g fish oil per percentage of current bodyfat, so like up to 15-20g per day, but that’s very much on the higher end and isn’t/shouldn’t be needed by most people. Especially since any fat loss benefits of fish oil are just a happy side effect from it, when there are higher priorities when trying to drop fat (like dialing in the training and nutrition).
