Ok I want to make sure I’m eating the right stuff and maybe someone could suggest anything I could put in or take out that would make it taste better. But here is what I’m thinking for my first HSM:
1 grilled chicken breast
Brown rice with…
red and green peppers
Am I allowed to used sometime of sauce or would cheese taste good with this? If so what kind? I looked through a lot of the articles in this but all the stuff was really complicated and I’m not that good of a cook, I’ll probly cook all this stuff in a frying pan.
