First Day of V-Diet 6/27

I used to be a college soccer player at 5’10 175lbs. Now, I am 5’10 210 and people ask me if I played football instead. I do not feel like a football player that’s for sure haha. I love to train and hoping this will make me look and feel like I trian. Well wish me luck as I embark on this journey!

Moving on to day 3 of V-Diet…so far I had some headaches day 1 but they passed on day 2. I wish I ordered more of the Banana and Strawberry MD very delicious! Only negative so far is the taste of Surge Recovery, I hope to get used to drinking that!


I went to hobby lobby to buy some flavorings to add to it. It helped a little bit.
