Figure Competitor Contest Prep V-Diet

Training for my second competition which takes place March 27th 12 weeks out. I have some bodyfat to lose(more than I’d like) so I am taking this step to jumpstart my metabolism and get my training going.
Here are my stats so far I will post more later…
Height 5’7
Weight 155
On my second shake now and already missing solid food but I am committed to this and going to do whatever it takes to finally shake off this extra poundage because I am sick of having it!
Going to do my walk this afternoon.

Hi… I am also training for my first competition, 7 weeks out. I also need to lose bodyfat. My stats so far is 5’5 128 lbs… Day one is over, and I am allready looking forward to my meal this week. lol Good luck
