Feeling Sick During Training


Chris, what would cause you to feel sick half way thru an intense workout? Could it be a low carb diet, mainly low carbs before working out?



If you’re on the V-Diet and new to the HOT-ROX that could do it. I’ve recently re-started them and jumped right to 2 first thing in the morning, and worked out about 2 hours later and had a bit of nausea.


Hard to say. I don’t know what you’re doing, taking, eating, etc.


No not on the HOT-ROX…yet! Just the horrible sicky feeling in ur stomach.


How much water are you drinking during workout?

How intense is intense?

Are you drinking and pre workout shakes?

Are you sweating plenty?

How early do you eat a meal before working out?
