Favorite Metabolic Drive Shake Recipes


You all had me at vanilla almond milk. Have started this recently and it adds an awesome consistancy to the shake. Usually my post dinner treat.


Here’s a great one I liked.

For a 2 cup serving.
3/4 cup milk
Approximatly 2 cups ice
1 scoop metabolic drive vanilla (low carb version)
1 scoop creatine monohydrate
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
(Optional) 1/2 tsp cinnamon
