Hey Chris. If I’m doing the 100 carb thing would it benefit me or not to take some sort of fat burner too? If so would you recommend any?

I’m not taking HOT-ROX currently because I’m not in fat loss mode at the moment. I do have a list of staple supplements. My staples revolve around core/long-term health, stuff that’ll help you fight disease, live longer, feel better, be healthier overall etc. Right now that’s:
- Flameout (fish oil, basically, + CLA)
- REZ-V (resveratrol)
- Vitamin D

Things like protein powder are daily staples as well, but that’s more like “food” than “supplement.”
