Fat Loss and Lean Muscle Recovery

Hi there,
previously had great success with TRIBEX and MAG-10 with active workout routine and went down to 4% body fat. Currently, up to >15% body fat and less than 45 minutes a day to devote to work out. What is recommended as supplements if the primary goal is to materially reduce body fat?

  1. clean up your diet. If you were as low as 4 percent body fat and you’re now upwards of 15, it’s not just because of a lack o time to work out.

  2. 45 minutes a day is plenty of time to get a few decent lifting sessions and one or two sprint sessions.
