Fat Burners Such as HOT-ROX?

#1

Chris,
Can I leave out the fat burner component of the V-Diet? I am extremely sensitive to any type of stimulant and therefore cautious. I have tried many different types of OTC fat burners only to find they all have the same nasty effects such as sweating, nerves and just making my skin crawl.

Could you recommend any non-stimulant fat burners that I could try?

For those who can’t take HOT-ROX, I recommend Se7en:

Don’t let the “for hardcore women” thing fool you. It used to be a popular product for men. Today it’s even more powerful (the formula was ramped up) but the marketing has just been geared toward females. Still, very potent, non-stimulatory stuff that’ll help you lose fat and retain muscle.

Is it ok to do the V-Diet without any stimulants at all? Maybe a cup coffee here and there?

You want something to help you burn fat, not a “stimulant” really. The goal isn’t stimulation (Se7en has no stimulants); it’s faster fat loss and muscle preservation.
