Hey Chris, I have been doing the doing the eat, stop, eat diet with great success. I was wondering what you think of drinking beef or chicken bone broth during the fast in addition to water or green tea mostly for added health benefits and something different
If it’s not part of that plan, then don’t do it.
Too often people totally screw up diets by “improving” them or tweaking things so much that they’re no longer even doing the original diet. And when something goes wrong, they say, “That plan didn’t work.” No, it may have worked, but you changed it.
That’s my general advice with any diet plan.
