Hey guys, so I work late nights 4 days a week and I’m on my first week doing the vdiet and I’ve just been eating a Smart Choice dinner and a small salad with no dressing. But i feel ill get tired of this. You guys have any quick easy meals I could pit together maybe the night before or even something thats really good that may just need to be microwaved?
Rice seems to be a quick, cheap and easy carb to prepare ahead of time. I usually cook a family pack of chicken breasts or a couple pounds of lean ground beef which I add to it. My veggies are usually just frozen bagged ones that I’ve steamed. But to mix it up I include cut up peppers and spinach a couple times a week.
Hope this helps, but it is very basic and quick to throw together.
