Hey I was thinking about starting the V-Diet what I play competitive rugby. we practice 3 times a week and play games on saturdays. Would this affect my results to a point where I should not start it?

If these are more than leisurely games (which they sound like they are), I would not go on the V-Diet. It would be very difficult to stay in top competitive shape given the restricted diet.

Once you’re in off-season, it would be more appropriate to start this diet up.

I’m kind of in the same boat. I want to do the diet (I’ll be starting in 48 hours) but I absolutely will not give up my 3 hours of Sunday morning beach volleyball.

Is one Metabolic Drive bar and some Surge Workout Fuel going to totally hose the diet?
