Extending V-Diet Risks

I would consider myself a V-diet veteran and use it regularly after bulking… This is my 5th V-Diet over about a 6 year time frame. I’m impressed with the results every time but have yet to uncover my abs fully. I realize it is advised to only do 28 days but I was wondering what the risks would be if I added another week. Another option I was thinking of would be to do 1 week of 1 HSM/day after the 28 days and then back to the V-Diet for 2 weeks. Thoughts?

If you really like the previous V-Diet, extending by a week is probably no big deal for a V-Diet vet.
