Really pleased with the first week of the diet…in truth I did have one energy crash Thursday (spread drinks too far apart and had too much NEPA at the baseball field with my 10-year-old) and ended up having a bit of tilapia and steamed greens but overall down 4.5 pounds and noticing abs already starting to pop through. My morning energy level is much better than it had been the past few months. Looking forward to seeing what the next week brings.
Somewhat lower energy levels can be expected in the first week of just about any diet. Sometimes this is related to junk-food or wheat withdrawal. Good news is that most people adjust after a while.
