Early Morning Training

I’m up at 5:45 and hit the gym at 6:30am. On the V-Diet what does my eating and or supplement protocol look like pre-work-out?

Fasted cardio is fine.

But not fasted weight training.

Have at least 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive before going, as soon as you get up.

Then, sip a little of your Surge Recovery as you train, slamming the rest as soon as you’re finished.

In the same respect, since I am at the gym by 5:05, do I use the 1 scoop of MB from my ‘meal 1’ shake? What I mean is do I take a scoop away from the meal and down it before I lift?

That’s the way I did it, I’d have one scoop pre-training, train with a little Surge, finish the Surge after the workout, shower change etc, then have the rest of the breakfast scoop (1 more in my case) along with Superfood flax, Flameout etc

That’s fine.

You can “borrow” that scoop from any shake of the day though.
