Starting the V-Diet today more for the “reset” aspect of the diet. More than anything, I want to kill those cravings for salt/fat/sugar that have controlled the last 20 years of me life and made me a borderline agoraphobic. My cocoon is my car and I regularly eat as much as two men in one sitting. I am 38, 350 lbs with a fatty liver and cholesterol numbers approaching the danger zone. Finding my FFB is the endgame. I’ve seen him before and he’s a pretty good dude.
