Alright, today was day 1. Got through it with no real problems. Just have a small headache. Probably due to not having caffeine today. Trying to kick that habit too.
I’m doing this to drop lbs for my PT test in 2 months. I’ve gained about 10lbs of muscle using Huge in a Hurry, but I want to drop my fat down. According to my non-scientific Tanita scale, I’m 189, 22% bodyfat, 53% water weight. I’ll post pics and my measurements tomorrow.
