I was going through the V-Diet and it said that if you are over 265 it is not recommended for you. I am 319 and want to start the V-Diet but I wanted to clear this up first. I am a college football player and I wanted to use this to get under 300 for the summer, but not if there is some severe risk I am taking at my weight by doing it.
I see there are other people that are over 300 that are doing it so I am assumimg that is just a precaution but I wanted to make sure before I actually bought all the supplements. If you could just provide me with some clarity on this I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help!
