That’s a hell of a stack you’ve made for yourself, looks pretty much identical to mine! Everything looks great, just one slight thing to adjust is the timing of your Micro-PA and Indigo-3G.

Depending on how early you eat your Finibar, Indigo-3G should be taken 30 minutes before that, and Micro-PA an hour before training. You can also take them at the same time, they won’t interfere. Indigo-3G is in your blood for ~6 hours doing its thing, so you can have it at 9:30 and still get all the effects when you start your Plazma at 11. So, if you eat your Finibar about an hour before you workout, (that’s what I enjoy mine!), then you’d have:

9:30am - Indigo-3G

10:00am - Finibar

10:15am - Micro-PA

11:00am - Start Plazma

11:15am - Start Training

Rest looks great. Please be sure to post back with any questions!

Glad to help! With that stack and a solid training program I’m sure you’ll see some significant progress.
