Do You HAVE to Follow the Workouts?

I just started working out with a personal trainer and I already have my routine as far as weight lifting (4 days per week) and cardo (five days per week). Can I keep doing my usual workouts in place of the V-Diet workouts and still see good results?

I believe Shugart’s crystal ball is still in the shop.

Hell, here’s a crazy idea: Do the diet and workouts as prescribed and you’ll DEFINITELY get good results.

volume seems kind of high for V-Diet. agree with Woppa.
