Do I Wait for HOT-ROX?

#1

Starting the Velocity Diet next week – doing a blood test the day before out of curiosity and after the diet. Blame Dan John.

I have all of the suggested supplements to start the diet except for the HOT-ROX which is still sold out. Is there a different fat burner I could use or should I just tough it out until its back in stock? I imagine it could be a while since its prime time for fat burners.

Thanks!

I just started Velocity today, and I had a similar quandary. In the diet write up they suggest using Carbolin 19 as a replacement. I went ahead and put in an order. I called customer service and asked them about HOT-ROX, and they’re looking to restock towards the end of the month. So I think waiting is not the best idea.

Here’s a write up on the main ingredient in Carbolin-19: http://www.t-nation.com/supplements/burn-fat-pile-on-muscle-with-forskolin

The V-Diet can be done without them though.

Thanks for the clarification. Ordered the Carbolin 19 with the rest of my Velocity Diet supplies.

I ordered the Carbolin 19. How do you recommend taking it? With the shakes? Empty stomach?

My workout plan is to wake up do my Simple & Sinister (50-100 KB Swings & 5 Get Ups) 5 times a week. Then 5x5 barbell compound movements three times a week after work. Thoughts?

Follow label directions.

Sounds like a decent workout plan, though the V-Diet provides a plan itself.
