Difference Between Flameout® and Curcumin?

Josh asks:

I was wondering what the difference is between Flameout® and Curcumin? They both look to be an inflammation pill that leads to building more muscle. So what is the difference between the two?

Long story short: Different ingredients that work through different pathways.

Flameout is a potent fish oil that was designed with an optimal EPA/DHA ratio. This article talks about why that’s a good thing.

Curcumin is an extract from the spice turmeric. Along with showing anti-inflammatory benefits, it may also play an anti-catabolic and antioxidant role. This article explains more about that.

Either one is good, for its own reasons, and some people take both. There’s no problem stacking them together.

To piggy back a little bit on what Chris said, I use both. Each one has its own set of benefits outside of inflammation reduction to warrant long-term use for me.

At 32, I’m aware that aging exists now.
