Diabetes and Pre, Peri & Post WO Supps


I’m trying to figure out what supplements to use as a Diabetic (Type 1), pre, peri & post workout.

I know, I’m okay with protein. But, supplements with carbs will be an issue and it seems, most workout supplements (pre, peri & post) are carb based.

I’m looking for a supplement(s) to help with energy for a workout and for recovery.

Any suggestions?
