I did deadlifts on friday as part of the intermediate training program and after completeing the workout, like 2 hours later, my lower left back muscles are so tight and sore.
I have been in pain for 2 days now and its almost impossible for me to do anything.
i have the Vburn challenge to day and i am skipping it so that my lower back muscles can heal.
it was almost impossible to sleep yesterday.
I have’nt done deadlifts in such a long time and this has happend to me before.
What do you recommend i do to heal as fast as possible?
