DAY 1 Complete, Day 2 Here We Come

Yesterday was a little odd, i had moments where i was quite hungry then for the rest of the day i was just fine. I had a big 300 calorie shake after my workout Pro-nos and was ready for bed. 5 shakes in, my diet was flawless at 1468 calories on my workout day, i was still strong and worked on chest and triceps, i lowered the amount of reps and sets and went quite heavy up to 115 lb dumbells on flat bench and triceps.

I supersetted with 60 lbs and 70 dumbells immediately. Then did a 3 mile walk on the treadmil for 300 calories burned.

Day2 here we go, shake 1 in the books!
