Dan John's Bulking Program


I just read “10 secrets to building mass” and saw the workout Dan John had posted at the end of the article and I wanted to verify if it was a three day a week lifting scheme. It says workout A, B and C so I’m assuming it’s three days for six weeks but assuming isn’t always the best thing which is why I’m asking.

Correct. So Monday would be workout A, Wednesday B, Friday C, etc.

It’s an excellent plan, I’ve used it before and had great results. Keep us updated with your progress!
