Curcumin Dose

Hi Chris,

I currently use Curcumin twice a day at the recommended 3 caps a time.

What would be a higher safe dose I could take please? I have sore knees from years of heavy leg work. Really feel this helps, but would like to increase the amount and see if I notice more relief.

I’ve heard of people routinely taking up to 8 caps/day, but I’m sure individual weight is going to factor in somehow. Haven’t heard of any possible negatives if you take above a certain amount though, play around and see how you feel.

We’ve heard of a few people going way over the recommended amount as well with <a href=""target=“new”>Curcumin, but it really isn’t necessary. At the most, go 50% over daily max dosage for short periods of time when you’re really hurting, but no need for more than that. So that would be 6 capsules per day instead of the recommended 4.

Remember, we’ve added piperine, which is a known inhibitor of hepatic and intestinal glucoronidation that’s been shown to increase the bioavailability of curcumin by up to 2,000%.

Thanks ,both of you. O.k so I’m good at 6 caps a day then
