Creating Diet Based on Blood Type

I was resently searching for meal plans and I came across an article on creating a diet based off of your blood type. My blood type is O negative. I have read that my body will respond better to High Protein diets. Just wanted to know if there is any truth to this. Not about the high protein diet but the body responding better to certain foods depending on blood type.

Old idea. Never really panned out in the real world.

Of course, every blood type responds better to not eating crap, and that’s why some people had success with the plan.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured it was a crap idea that some researcher skewed to make it seem like your blood type had a HUGE effect on what you should eat.
