If I make my next am supply of Plazma, would I add creatine the next am to my peri 15 mins before training?
Not sure exactly what you’re asking. Do you mean pre-making Plazma the night before? If so, it’s probably best to add your creatine to it the morning you use it. If you’re asking about creatine timing, it really doesn’t matter: before or after training, 5g per day is standard. Doesn’t make a real difference.
