today i came across a full bottle of Biotest creatine and was wondering if taking 5 grams during my workout will have any affect on my weight loss or will it enhance my training. i’m currently doing GVT and love the results i’m seeing.
That would be fine.
Only thing to keep in mind is that sometimes creatine will cause some initial extra “water weight”, so if you’re watching the scale closely don’t let it freak you out. But that’s usually on noticeable when you’re loading creatine (say, 20g per day for a week). No need for that. 5g per day with your workout drink will work fine.
