So on the label there is a phrase that says something to the effect of “mix immediately prior to working out,”. Is several hours good enough? I ask because I’d like to add it in the morning when I mix my Mag-10/Plazma, but I don’t want anything to break down or anything like that.
A few hours should be fine. Many worry that the creatine won’t be as effective if mixed too far in advance (the day before using for example), but we would not worry about a few hours.
