Creatine Malate

I just bought your creatine malate product and hopefully, with hard work, I will see some improvements in both my strength and appearance. Having said that, I have two questions for clarifications:

  1. Should I only take it right before a workout once a day?

  2. It has a bitter taste and although I don’t mind the bitterness, do you suggest taking it with something else other than water?

  1. Take <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/creatine-malate"target=“new”>Creatine Malate before or after training, or both, 5g each time. (This info is on the label.)

  2. Ideally, creatine should be mixed with a workout nutrition drink containing some carbs, such as Plazma or Mag-10. If not, water is fine.
